Turvy Tea mixes vintage china with more modern serving pieces to create a unique tea party experience fit for any event!
My name is Cassidy - the founder and owner of Turvy Tea.
It all started when my mom threw me a teddy bear tea party for my 5th birthday! Throughout the years, and with my mom's collections of mini tea sets, I threw tea parties any chance I got - with Barbies, American Girl dolls, stuffed animals, friends, and family.
In college, I studied abroad in London, England and fell in love with the art of afternoon tea. With ornate fine bone English china, delicate desserts, and scones slathered with clotted cream and jam, it was a ceremony all on it's own.
After graduation, I followed in the footsteps of my Aunt Mary, who introduced me to her favorite antiquing spots. Together, we started my new treasured hobby - collecting vintage teacups.
With the help of my Grandma Brady for generously donating to my teacup collection, and my Grandma Scott, for passing down silver tea sets that have been in our family for generations, I was able to begin Turvy Tea.
